Job summary

AE Groups is seeking a recruitment-focused professional in Malaysia to engage with job seekers, understand their background, and match them with Singaporean opportunities. Training will be provided to build sourcing and interviewing skills, with a strong emphasis on follow-ups and candidate care.

You will source candidates through multiple channels, screen for fit, arrange interviews, and help candidates through onboarding while aiming to achieve personal recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with candidates and conducting regular follow-ups.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple recruitment cases effectively.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve recruitment targets.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, HR or customer service would be an advantage.
• No prior recruitment experience is required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with job seekers to understand their experience, skills and job preferences.
• Recommend suitable Singapore job opportunities to candidates.
• Source and attract potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and employers.
• Follow up on interview results and candidate progress.
• Assist candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media.
• Build and maintain good relationships with candidates.
• Achieve individual recruitment and placement targets.
