Celestica in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia is seeking an Analyst, Talent Acquisition on a 6-month contract. You will recruit for open requisitions, partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to attract top talent, and ensure adherence to global and local processes.

You will lead end-to-end resourcing, conduct behavioral interviews, nurture pipelines with universities and external partners, and monitor key metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of recruiting or related experience preferred.
• Experience with interviewing and hiring processes.
• Familiarity with government HR regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and ATS tools.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
