Job summary

Celestica is seeking an Analyst in Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles. You will develop staffing plans, conduct behavioral interviews, and liaise with internal stakeholders to align hiring with business goals.

Experience with ATS and data-driven hiring practices is valued. This six-month contract role focuses on quality hires, process improvements, and strong collaboration with the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 2–5 years recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS systems and data metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to identify staffing needs and build recruitment strategies.
• Use behavioral interviewing to select candidates aligned with culture and role requirements.
• Support training programs for managers to improve hiring decisions and reduce turnover.
• Develop relationships with external recruiters, universities and partners to broaden pipelines.
• Promote Celestica brand to attract diverse talent and engage with educational institutions.
• Track metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) to drive improvements.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and optimize processes.
