Job summary

BTCC is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Taiwan local business line and align with HQ HR policies while ensuring compliance with Taiwan labor laws. You will provide end-to-end HR solutions to business leaders, covering recruitment, performance management, talent review, employee relations, and employee experience.

Responsibilities include manpower planning, local hiring, performance calibration, labor compliance, policy localization, and daily HR operations, working closely with HQ

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in HR, Business Admin, or Psychology.
• Minimum 3 years of HRBP or generalist HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manpower planning and headcount management aligned with business goals.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and probation follow-up for local hires.
• Implement performance appraisal and talent development programs.
• Handle labor compliance, employee relations, and disputes.
• Local policy localization and cross-regional HQ collaboration.
• Oversee daily HR operations and maintain HRIS records.
