TP is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support the Taiwan market. No prior experience required as comprehensive training will be provided. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive experience.

You should be fluent in Traditional Mandarin and English, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role involves rotating shifts, working weekends/public holidays if needed, and collaborating with a global team to deliver
