Orange Business is seeking a Talent Acquisition RCC Manager to transform regional recruitment practices across Asia, the Americas, Africa and Europe. You will lead a high‑performing team and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end resourcing that aligns with business goals.
You will design innovative sourcing strategies, manage KPIs/SLAs, and ensure a strong candidate experience in a multicultural environment. Fluent in English and 8+ years in talent acquisition are required.

Main activities
Qualifications
Education: Should possess a master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition delivery with at least 3 years in a telecom and IT services organization is essential. Experience leading team of TA Specialists. Experience in international sourcing with exposure to multiple region geographies enhances the ideal candidate profile.
