Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in managing and/or design engineering of T&D projects.
• At least 5 years in technical leadership or director level post.
• Experience with large-scale T&D projects.
• Ability to lead diversified, multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Strong presentation, communication and report writing skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel overseas on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Establish technical excellence in T&D and provide strategic direction and oversight.
• Lead FEED, PMC and detailed design deliverables and review key design documents.
• Lead technical engagement with stakeholders and represent the company in high-level discussions.
• Support business development, prospecting and client meetings.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to grow the T&D business and provide delivery strategy for bids.
• Formulate strategic business plans to grow T&D and develop project planning from BD to delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers to foster a high-performance culture.
