Job summary

Surban a Jurong is seeking a seasoned T&D senior leader to establish technical excellence, lead complex feasibility studies, FEED and detailed design efforts across multi-disciplinary teams. You will direct strategic design, engage with OEMs and authorities, and support business development with client-facing discussions.

The role requires 15+ years in T&D project management/design and at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, with strong English communication and willingness to travel for

Qualifications

• 15+ years in managing and/or design engineering of T&D projects.
• At least 5 years in technical leadership or director level post.
• Able to lead diverse, multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Strong written and spoken English with good reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish technical excellence in T&D and act as SME for design strategy.
• Lead feasibility studies, FEED, PMC and detailed designs; approve key documents.
• Engage stakeholders including OEMs, Owner’s Engineers, Contractors and authorities.
• Support business development and client meetings; contribute to bids and presentations.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to grow T&D business and formulate strategic plans.
• Oversee project planning from BD to delivery.
