Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering an internship program for aspiring IT students. The role provides hands-on payroll experience, exposure to system implementations, and guidance from project consultants in a real-world setting.

You will assist with system testing, documentation, and gathering customer requirements while learning HR and payroll processes. This placement requires pursuing a Diploma or Degree and multilingual communication in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic understanding of software applications and computer systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn new systems, software, and technologies.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team with system implementation and support activities.
• Provide basic application and system support to users or clients.
• Assist with system testing, configuration, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation.
• Assist in gathering and understanding customer requirements and system needs.
• Support consultants with day-to-day project and implementation activities.
