Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a HR Intern to assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and records management. You will help post vacancies, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and support onboarding tasks.

You will also maintain employee records, assist with payroll data entry, HR reporting, leave administration, and training coordination. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and payroll tasks.
• Accurate handling of HR data and personnel records.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and company site.
• Screen resumes and applications for suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Assist in onboarding new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Support payroll tasks including timekeeping and data entry.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR data.
• Provide administrative support to HR and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics, and assist with leave processes.
• Help organize training and development programs.
