Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, CS or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of systems engineering experience.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, VPN.
• Windows Server administration (AD, IIS, services).
• Linux/Unix administration (Ubuntu, RHEL).
• Java: read code, interpret traces, collaborate with devs (2nd line).
• Kubernetes: deployment, troubleshooting, basic cluster admin.
• Proficiency with modelling tools and simulation software.
• Experience with requirements management and change control processes.
• Understanding of software/hardware integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own L1/L2 support cases end-to-end from triage to root cause.
• Conduct system analysis and feasibility studies for approaches.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and PM teams for integration.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and manuals.
• Oversee implementation and deployment, ensure quality and timelines.
• Perform system testing, validation, and verification.
• Software installations, upgrades, and config changes at client sites.
• Execute change activities per runbooks and verify outcomes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed systems.
• Monitor performance and optimize for reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and trends.
• Communicate technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain internal infrastructure: Windows, Linux servers, virtualization, VPN, CI/CD.
