Job summary

ACCORD INNOVATIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Systems Analyst to support the full lifecycle of applications within a distributed system environment, with a focus on integration in the banking/financial sector.

You will ensure solutions meet business requirements, maintain schedules and budgets, and provide reliable deployment and operational support. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of working experience as a Systems Analyst or in a related role.
• Knowledge or experience in financial services and applications.
• Experience with full lifecycle application development in a distributed systems environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Initiative, drive and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and embrace new technology.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the project lifecycle and ensure solutions meet business requirements and are delivered within schedule and budget.
• Support application integration and solution design.
• Review technical specifications and system documentation.
• Manage project environment issues and provide uptime support.
• Manage code migration, deployment and implementation activities.
• Proactively resolve project issues and provide incident support.
• Identify gaps in existing systems and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and support effective solution delivery.
• Provide support outside normal office hours when required for critical project issues.
