OPTIMUM INFOSOLUTIONS (M) SDN BHD is seeking an experienced System Analyst to support a banking client. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project implementation throughout the application lifecycle.

Responsibilities include analyzing systems, identifying gaps, managing integrations, reviewing specifications, coordinating deployments, and providing production support.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related technical role.
• Banking, financial services or financial applications experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of application integration, system analysis and technical solutioning.
• Experience in full application lifecycle within a distributed system design and development environment.
• Hands-on with code migration, deployment, and environment management.
• Experience in production support, incident management and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to support critical activities outside normal hours.
• Malaysian candidates only.

• Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring technical solutions meet business requirements and project timelines.
• Analyse existing systems, identify technical gaps and recommend appropriate system improvements.
• Manage application integration and provide technical solutioning for project requirements.
• Review technical specifications, system documentation and solution designs.
• Coordinate and support application deployment, code migration and implementation activities.
• Manage project environment issues, application availability and uptime support.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application issues and production incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with relevant technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support system testing, implementation and post-deployment validation.
• Work closely with business users, developers, infrastructure teams and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical support during critical implementation activities, including outside normal office hours when required.
