Job summary

Time dotCom Berhad in Malaysia is offering an Internship - Business Support (Retail IT). The BSS Intern will support the Business Support System team in delivering enhancements, configurations, testing, documentation, and operational support for telecommunications applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/SE/IS or related field in progress.
• Exposure to SDLC and system testing concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic SQL, APIs, or database concepts preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Support configuration and system enhancement activities.
• Prepare test scenarios and data for SIT/UAT.
• Execute functional testing and document results.
• Assist in data validation, reporting, and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare project documentation and user guides.
