Leading hardware development lifecycle from concept to production for complex server systems.
Collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams including PCB layout, mechanical, signal integrity, and manufacturing teams to conduct thorough design reviews, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and overall system requirements.
Developing and executing comprehensive hardware validation plans at system level.
Analyzing test results, troubleshooting issues, and driving root‑cause resolution.
Ensuring hardware meets performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance targets.
Documenting the design specifications, validation reports, and maintaining revision control.
Supporting customer engagements by translating technical requirements into hardware solutions, ensuring successful execution across VRB, PRB, EVT, and DVT phases of the product development lifecycle.
Continuously improving processes for design quality, validation efficiency, and product robustness.
