SYSTEM ENGINEER (MANDARIN SPEAKING ONLY)

As our company operates globally and works closely with our China-based plant and manufacturing team, proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, writing, and reading) is essential.

Job Purpose

Promote system implementation and respond to second-party and third-party system audits.

(The following responsibilities may be adjusted according to the company's development.)

Responsibilities and Authorities

• Organize, plan, implement, track, and verify the operation of various quality management systems in accordance with the company's system requirements.
• Maintain company quality system documents and quality records, including regular filing, organizing, and updating.
• Develop an annual internal audit plan and carry out internal audits according to the plan.
• Develop an annual management review plan and carry out management reviews according to the plan.
• Follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities identified in internal and external audits.
• Regularly collect data analysis materials from relevant departments.
• Inspect, collect, and update quality records from all departments.
• Supervise and inspect the control of monitoring and measuring devices.
• Collect information on corrective and preventive actions.
• Organize the review of quality system documents.
• Provide training on system standards or version updates.
• Regularly collect system operation information and report to the manager and management representative.
• Regularly report on the continuous improvement of the quality system.
• Analyze system operation status and formulate next-step work plans.
• Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Position Requirements

• Trained and certified as an internal auditor on IATF 16949 VDA.
• Understand relevant standards that may be referenced during quality audits.
• Capable of writing audit reports.
• Capable of properly closing non-conformities.
• Proficient in using 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA tools.
• Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485, ISO14001 standards.

Work Experience

• 1. More than 3 years of experience in production, technology, or quality management.
• 2. Experience in quality management and system construction/management in large or medium-sized enterprises.

Education

Diploma and above.

Major in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, or related fields.

• Proficient in English and Chinese (Read and Write)
• Ability to establish, audit, and drive the operation of quality management systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Systematic analysis, diagnosis, and judgment abilities.
• Training and teaching skills for quality standards, and strong document writing and reviewing abilities.
• Familiarity with business management.
• Proficient in computer applications such as WORD, EXCEL, etc.
