Job summary

This role is responsible for formulating and implementing safety management systems, assurance systems and plans in daily operations, as well as managing quality control across production processes. The position requires oversight of safety compliance, hazard prevention, quality issue resolution, and regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate safety-related management systems, assurance systems and plans, and implement them in daily operations
• Implement work safety responsibility systems, safety operating procedures and safety technical measures to prevent accidents
• Conduct daily and periodic inspections, identify potential safety hazards and vehicle-related safety risks, and supervise rectification
• Organize project-level safety training, drills and formulate emergency response plans
• Analyze and judge abnormal quality issues at the production site and make corresponding handling decisions
• Follow up and resolve quality issues, propose corrective and preventive measures, and supervise cross-departmental coordination
• Control the quality of incoming materials and in-process products to prevent non-conforming items from flowing into subsequent processes
• Establish management forms for quality issues, compile weekly and monthly quality reports, and conduct statistical analysis

About you

• College degree or above in Safety Engineering, Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• 1-3 years or above of working experience in safety management and on-site quality control
• Familiar with safety management systems and quality control workflows
• Capable of drafting safety regulations, identifying hidden hazards and organizing safety training
• Able to accurately analyze and resolve on-site quality abnormalities
• Proficient in quality inspection, issue tracking, report compilation and statistical analysis
• Strong sense of responsibility, rigorous and detail-oriented with good communication, coordination and execution skills
• Familiar with relevant safety and quality laws and regulations
• Proficient in English with ability to communicate and work with Chinese colleagues
