Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in business systems management, data operations, or document control.
• SQL & Data Handling: Proficiency in writing SQL queries to inspect, clean, and manipulate data.
• AI Tool Integration: Familiarity with modern AI applications for text processing, document management, and workflow optimization.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong eye for data accuracy and system order.

Responsibilities

• System Cleanup & Maintenance: Routinely audit, clean, and organize core software platforms to remove duplicate records, archive outdated files, and resolve system clutter.
• SQL Data Management: Run custom SQL queries to extract data, clean up inconsistent database entries, and generate accurate operational reports.
• AI & Document Automation: Implement AI tools to automate document processing, data extraction, file categorization, and routine information handling.
• System Optimization & Scripting: Write basic utility code or automation scripts to connect applications, streamline workflows, and eliminate manual tasks.
• Platform Administration: Manage user access rights, update system configurations, and troubleshoot daily operational errors within business platforms.

We are looking for a detailed-oriented Systems & Data Operations Specialist to take charge of our operational platforms. Your primary focus will be maintaining system health through continuous cleanup, optimizing data accuracy using SQL, and deploying AI-driven tools to automate routine document and data workflows. This is a non-IT role focused purely on functional software performance, system hygiene, and operational efficiency.

System Cleanup & Maintenance: Routinely audit, clean, and organize core software platforms to remove duplicate records, archive outdated files, and resolve system clutter.
