Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience with Windows Server, MS SQL, AD, and Azure integrations.
• Experience with Azure/AWS or SaaS apps.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data structures.
• Familiarity with MSSQL and/or PostgreSQL.
• Exposure to PowerShell, Python, JSON, or shell scripting.
• Experience with software patching, installation, and upgrades.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business users and technical teams.

• Work as the bridge between business users, developers, infrastructure, and technical teams
• Analyze existing systems and workflows and identify opportunities for improvement or automation
• Support system implementation, upgrades, patching, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
• Coordinate system testing and UAT with users and technical teams
• Understand and support system integrations, APIs, databases, and data structures

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field
• Experience with Microsoft infrastructure: Windows Server, MS SQL, Active Directory, Azure integrations, Hyper-V
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or SaaS applications
• Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data structures
• Knowledge of MSSQL and/or PostgreSQL
• Exposure to PowerShell, Python, JSON, or shell scripting
• Experience with software patching, installation, and upgrades
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work effectively with both business users and technical teams
