Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, record, analyze and disseminate information from sustainability initiatives.
• Identify root causes with operations teams.
• Coordinate with QCI Manager on sustainability actions and deadlines.
• Prepare monthly sustainability reports with analysis and improvements.
• Oversee updates to SOPs and policies related to sustainability.
• Support implementation of sustainability procedures to enhance guest experience.
• Supervise sustainability operations including waste management and permaculture activities.
• Coordinate projects with the Garden team and other departments.
• Promote sustainability initiatives among resort associates and conduct trainings.
