Job summary

ECADIN in Malaysia seeks a Senior Sustainability Manager to lead the development and execution of sustainability strategies across the organization. You will set goals, manage programs to reduce environmental impact, and report performance to leadership and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to embed sustainability into operations and culture, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices while delivering measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in sustainability (e.g., LEED Accredited Professional, Certified Sustainability Professional) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall business objectives and values.
• Conduct sustainability assessments to identify environmental, social, and economic impacts and opportunities.
• Develop and implement initiatives to reduce the organization’s environmental footprint, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and greenhouse gas emissions reduction programs.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and community groups, to promote sustainability awareness and collaboration.
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance, using KPIs and metrics.

Job Summary
