Job summary

Behn Meyer Chemicals Group Malaysia seeks a Sustainability & Compliance Manager to drive the Group's ESG, quality, and compliance agenda across the organization. The role emphasizes social compliance and sustainability frameworks (SEDEX/SMETA, EcoVadis) and the development of an effective IMS covering ISO standards.

The ideal candidate will lead GHG initiatives, monitor emissions, and oversee SHE aspects while coordinating with management, customers, auditors and certification bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability and ESG initiatives, policies and KPIs.
• Coordinate EcoVadis and SEDEX/SMETA assessments and audits.
• Monitor social compliance, responsible sourcing, human rights and other sustainability requirements.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned to ISO 9001/14001/45001.
• Report on quality, sustainability and compliance performance to senior management.
