Job summary

QL AGROVENTURES SDN BHD is seeking a Sustainability, ESG & Compliance Executive to support ESG, sustainability, compliance and risk management initiatives across operations. You will monitor regulatory requirements, coordinate ESG data and reporting, and conduct compliance assessments.

You will liaise with regulators and auditors, maintain documentation, monitor KPIs and lead awareness programs to strengthen the company’s ESG performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESG and sustainability initiatives across the company.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
• Collect, verify and maintain ESG and sustainability data.
• Support preparation of ESG reports, disclosures and management reports.
• Conduct compliance checks, audits and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Identify operational, environmental and compliance risks.
• Maintain relevant documentation, records and compliance registers.
• Coordinate sustainability awareness and employee engagement programmes.
• Liaise with internal departments, regulators, auditors and external stakeholders.
• Monitor ESG targets, KPIs and improvement plans.
• Support environmental, social and governance assessments and initiatives.
• Recommend improvements to strengthen compliance and sustainability practices.
