Job summary

MindMerge Consulting, on behalf of a private healthcare organisation in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a Head, Group Quality, Risk & Sustainability. The role leads group-wide QMS, ERM, and ESG initiatives to drive quality and sustainability across operations.

The successful candidate will develop and implement QMS aligned with standards, oversee risk management, conduct audits, and champion CSR and stakeholder engagement while collaborating with clinical and non-clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in quality management, risk assessment, and sustainability leadership roles.
• Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 31000 or similar is an advantage.
• Experience in multinational or group-level organizations preferred.
• Knowledge of MSQH Accreditation and Hospital Quality System.
• Able to interact with clinical and non-clinical staff regarding quality and accreditation.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a group-wide Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Establish risk management frameworks and lead enterprise risk management (ERM) strategies.
• Lead audits, assessments, and reviews to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive sustainability/ESG initiatives including CSR programs and stakeholder engagement.
