CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING (M) SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks an experienced surveyor to perform setting-out and as-built surveys for civil, structural, M&E and façade works.

You will carry out precise field measurements, operate total station and GPS equipment, and keep detailed records to support project progress. You will analyse data to detect deviations, coordinate with project teams, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction surveying experience.
• Experience in civil, structural, M&E and façade surveys.
• Proficient in Total Station, GPS, Auto Level and related equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English for technical reporting.

Conduct setting-out, as-built and detailed surveys for construction works, including civil, structural, M&E and façade works.
负责施工现场放样、竣工测量及详细测量，涵盖土建、结构、机电及幕墙等工程。

Carry out accurate site measurements and ensure works are positioned and constructed according to approved drawings and specifications.
根据经批准的图纸及技术规范进行现场测量，确保工程定位及施工准确。

Operate Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, Laser Distance Meter and other relevant surveying equipment.
熟练操作全站仪、GPS、水准仪、激光测距仪及其他相关测量设备。

Maintain accurate daily survey records, measurement data, as-built information and progress reports.
负责维护准确的日常测量记录、测量数据、竣工测量资料及进度报告。

Analyse survey results and identify construction deviations or discrepancies, providing timely technical information to the project team.
分析测量结果，及时识别施工偏差及误差，并向项目团队提供相关技术数据及建议。

Coordinate daily surveying activities with Project Managers, Engineers, Site Supervisors and relevant subcontractors.
与项目经理、工程师、现场主管及相关分包商协调日常测量工作。

Provide on-site surveying support to the Construction, Engineering and Design teams as required.

Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications, applicable standards and statutory requirements.

Assist with the preparation and submission of as-built survey data and documentation for project handover and close-out.

Qualifications & Requirements 任职要求

Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Geomatics or a related discipline.
测量工程、土木工程、建筑工程、测绘工程或相关本科以上学历。

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction surveying or setting-out, depending on project requirements.
具备至少5年施工测量或施工放样相关工作经验，具体要求视项目规模及需求而定。

Hands-on experience in surveying for civil, structural, M&E and façade works.
具有土建、结构、机电及幕墙工程测量相关经验。

Proficient in using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level and other surveying instruments.
熟练使用全站仪、GPS、水准仪及其他测量仪器。

Able to independently carry out setting-out, measurement recording, deviation analysis and survey reporting.
能够独立完成施工放样、测量记录、偏差分析及测量报告编制。

Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
具备良好的细致度、准确性及问题解决能力。

Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
能够独立开展工作，并与多专业项目团队进行有效协调。

Experience in large-scale, infrastructure or international projects is preferred.

Language Requirements 语言要求

Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to prepare survey records, reports and technical documentation.
具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够编制测量记录、报告及相关技术文件。

Able to communicate effectively in English with construction teams, engineers, consultants and subcontractors.
能够使用英语与施工团队、工程师、顾问及分包商进行有效沟通。

Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage for communication with local workers, suppliers and site personnel.
掌握马来语者优先，便于与本地工人、供应商及现场人员沟通。

Chinese proficiency is an advantage, particularly in Chinese-invested construction projects and China–Malaysia joint projects.
具备中文沟通能力者优先，尤其适用于中资建筑项目及中马合作项目。
