Job summary

Milieu Solar Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Survey and Installation Planning professional to conduct thorough site surveys, gather structural data, and prepare detailed installation layouts for solar PV projects.

The role requires coordinating with consultants, generating installation reports, and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards while supporting installation teams on-site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in electrical, civil, renewable energy, business, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant project management experience in solar/renewable energy.
• Proficient in Office, PV simulation software, and MS Project.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel for outstation assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and ensure technical and regulatory compliance for solar PV installations.
• Gather structural data and create layout and elevation drawings for consultants.
• Prepare installation reports detailing PV array arrangement and cable routing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a thorough site survey, analyze environmental factors, meet technical and regulatory requirements for optimal solar PV installations.
• Conduct engineering survey to collect structural measurements and site related information for both residential and commercial solar PV systems.
• Illustrate structural layout and elevation view including room member size, compile all structural information and submit to consultant for engineering assessment.
• Generate a comprehensive installation report to provide guidance to installers on PV array arrangement, cable routing, and system configuration.
• Install and collect electrical load consumption and analysis power and energy demands for the installation building

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess minimum qualifications of Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in project management, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Possess proficiency in Office, PV simulation software, and MS Project is a prerequisite.
• Possess essential skills including strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• An individual with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess a valid driver's license for passenger cars and have the added advantage of personal transportation.
• Possess the capability to travel for outstation assignments and conduct site supervision.
