Job summary

Energy Vault in Petaling Jaya is searching for a qualified candidate to assist in solar development projects. The role involves site assessments, preparing technical documents, and analyzing market opportunities related to renewable energy.

The ideal applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are particularly encouraged to apply, and training will be provided to enhance skills in technical, financial, and commercial aspects of project evaluation.

Description

• Conduct site visits and assess land feasibility for solar development.
• Review and prepare technical drawings, layouts, and engineering inputs for proposals.
• Compile and coordinate tender documentation for timely submission to authorities.
• Perform preliminary solar system design, yield simulations, and feasibility analysis.
• Support the preparation of commercial proposals and basic financial evaluations (training provided).
• Analyze market data and policy frameworks to identify development opportunities.
• Assist in developing business plans for local and international projects.
• Provide suitable options to enhance the competitiveness and viability of proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related).
• Knowledge of solar PV design tools (e.g., PVSyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope) is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for site assessments within Malaysia and occasionally overseas.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in renewable energy are encouraged to apply.
