Job summary

MILIEU SOLAR SDN. BHD. is seeking a qualified individual to perform site surveys and analyze environmental factors crucial for solar PV installations.

The role also includes conducting engineering surveys for structural measurements for both residential and commercial systems. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least a year of project management experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project management, preferably in solar energy.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English required; Mandarin is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for outstation assignments.

Job description

Perform a thorough site survey, analyze environmental factors, meet technical and regulatory requirements for optimal solar PV installations.

Conduct engineering survey to collect structural measurements and site related information for both residential and commercial solar PV systems.

Illustrate structural layout and elevation view including room member size, compile all structural information and submit to consultant for engineering assessment.

Generate a comprehensive installation report to provide guidance to installers on PV array arrangement, cable routing, and system configuration.

Install and collect electrical load consumption and analysis power and energy demands for the installation building

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Possess minimum qualifications of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.

Possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in project management, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.

Possess proficiency in Office, PV simulation software, and MS Project is a prerequisite.

Possess essential skills including strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

An individual with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Possess a valid driver's license for passenger cars and have the added advantage of personal transportation.

Possess the capability to travel for outstation assignments and conduct site supervision.

Possess proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory, and proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous.
