Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years in supply chain management, warehousing or logistics.
• Proven inventory and distribution operations experience.
• Knowledge of WMS and inventory software.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with health and safety compliance in warehouse environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to SOPs.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate distribution activities and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and performance guidance as needed.
• Implement process improvements and cost reduction initiatives within the supply chain.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare supply chain reports for senior management.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
• Analyze supply chain metrics and KPIs to identify areas for enhancement.
