Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a strategic Business Process Owner (Supply Chain - SD) to standardize processes, drive operational excellence, and lead digital transformation across supply chain and sales networks.

You will bridge business operations with IT, optimize SAP SD workflows, and lead change management while aligning Sales & Marketing, Order Management, and Supply Chain teams across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SD and related Sales & Marketing processes.
• Understanding end-to-end supply chain and integration points with Sales & Marketing.
• Exposure to SAP implementation, system enhancements, digitalization, CRM.
• Track record in KPI management and process optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end process improvement and standardization across regional functions.
• Lead SAP SD enhancements, digitalization, CRM integrations, and transformation projects.
• Oversee KPI management and performance analysis for continuous improvement.
• Serve as liaison between Sales & Marketing, Order Management, and Supply Chain teams across countries.
• Facilitate change management for upgraded processes and system enhancements.

• Act as the core liaison between Sales & Marketing, Order Management, and Supply Chain teams across multiple countries and business units.
