Job summary

AUREUMAEX MEDISAFE (M) SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Lead to streamline strategies, optimize supplier management, coordinate logistics, and improve inventory control across the organization.

The role focuses on data analysis, process improvements, and cross-department collaboration to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Create and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of products to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand, reduce excess inventory, and minimize stockouts.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to monitor performance, forecast demand, and make informed decisions. Produce products consumption reports and production costings
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage supply chain staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and manage risks related to supply chain disruptions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., procurement, production, and sales) to align supply chain activities with organizational goals.
