Toyoplas Manufacturing seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including planning, procurement, and warehouse operations. You will drive S&OP, improve forecasting, and ensure alignment with production and customer requirements.
The role requires 8–10 years in supply chain within manufacturing, with strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Develop and implement sales, inventory, and operations planning (S&OP) processes.
Create short-term and long-term production and material plans based on customer forecasts and demand.
Monitor capacity planning to ensure efficient utilization of manufacturing resources.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Sales teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Manage ERP/MRP planning systems to optimize inventory and production schedules.
Lead purchasing activities for raw materials, electronic components, packaging materials, indirect materials, and services.
Source and qualify suppliers for plastic resins, metal inserts, PCB components, electronic parts, and consumables.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and supply agreements.
Monitor supplier performance through KPIs such as OTD (On-Time Delivery), quality, responsiveness, and cost reduction.
Develop strategic sourcing initiatives to mitigate supply disruptions and component shortages.
Drive annual cost reduction and localization programs.
Establish inventory policies and safety stock levels.
Monitor inventory turnover, excess inventory, slow-moving, and obsolete materials.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical stock audits.
Optimize working capital while maintaining uninterrupted production.
Manage receiving, storage, material handling, and shipping operations.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are implemented where applicable.
Develop warehouse layout and storage solutions to maximize space utilization.
Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse KPIs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers.
Manage freight costs and relationships with logistics providers.
Monitor export/import compliance and shipping documentation requirements.
Manage procurement of electronic components, ICs, connectors, capacitors, resistors, and PCB materials.
Monitor component market trends and shortages.
Coordinate alternative sourcing and component substitution when necessary.
Support NPI (New Product Introduction) projects with timely material readiness.
Manage procurement of engineering plastics, commodity resins, color masterbatch, and packaging materials.
Monitor resin pricing trends and market supply conditions.
Ensure material availability to support tooling trials, engineering runs, and mass production.
Support cost reduction initiatives through material optimization and supplier development.
Implement lean supply chain and inventory optimization initiatives.
Improve forecasting accuracy and planning effectiveness.
Drive warehouse productivity and process automation projects.
Support ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or other customer-specific requirements.
Establish KPI dashboards and lead corrective actions for performance gaps.
Lead Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams.
Define departmental goals and performance metrics.
Coach and develop team members.
Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Professional certifications such as APICS CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, or CIPS preferred.
Minimum 8–10 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing.
Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial position.
Experience in both Plastic Injection Molding and PCB Assembly/EMS manufacturing preferred.
Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Experience managing international and local suppliers and logistics.
