Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of supply chain experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role within CNC machining, precision engineering, metal fabrication, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, production planning, warehouse operations, and logistics.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or equivalent).
• Good understanding of CNC machining processes, raw materials, cutting tools, and manufacturing workflows.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor performance evaluation.
• Plan and coordinate material requirements to support CNC machining production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and establish appropriate stock policies to minimize shortages and excess inventory.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Sales, and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze demand forecasts and develop material planning strategies.
• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs such as on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness, and cost competitiveness.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and supply chain best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, procurement, supplier performance, and supply chain KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the SCM team to achieve departmental objectives.
