Job summary

POLYRON INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Stock Administration Officer to ensure accurate inventory and documentation for shipments and deliveries. The role welcomes fresh graduates and requires a Diploma or SPM qualification.

You will verify stock from manufacturers and branches, conduct daily stock takes, and report discrepancies. The position supports on-site operations in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia, with focus on accurate stock control and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify stock loaded onto lorries for deliveries / self collect customer.
• Check and verify incoming stock from manufacturers and company branches.
• Conduct daily stock take.
• Record and report any stock discrepancies, shortages, damages, or incorrect quantities.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing stock is properly documented.
• Monitor overall stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
