Job summary

Asian Secrets Sdn Bhd is seeking an intern for the role of Stock Control, Logistics, and Production. The position involves overseeing inventory, managing logistics, and optimizing supply chain processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, possesses strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and proactively takes initiative.

Benefits include an internship allowance of RM600 to RM1000 and a performance-based bonus of up to RM500.

• Manage warehousing activities and packaging.

• Plan and control the efficiency and effectiveness of goods flow.
• Maintain inventory movements to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Organize and maintain warehouse for efficient material handling.
• Implement a labeling and barcode system for stock items.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Description for Stock Control, Logistics, And Production

• Comprehensive Management: Oversee inventory, logistics, supply chain, and production, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Warehousing and Materials Handling: Manage warehousing activities, materials handling, and packaging to optimize our processes.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless stock management.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Plan, implement, and control the efficiency and effectiveness of the flow of goods, both forward and reverse.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain all inventory movements and processes to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries.
• Warehouse Organization: Organize and maintain the warehouse and inventory to facilitate efficient material storage and handling, while maintaining accurate tracking and documentation.
• Labelling and Barcoding: Implement and manage a labelling and item barcode system for each stock item.
• Ad-Hoc Duties: Be prepared to perform other ad-hoc duties as required by top management, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
