Job summary

Terumo Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to drive end-to-end order fulfillment and operational processes within SCM, aligning with business goals and cost efficiency. You will collaborate with BUs and SCM teams to optimize shipments, inventory, and forecasting while ensuring compliance with local regulations and Terumo’s governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in business administration, supply chain, or related fields.
• Preferred CSCP certified or trained.
• 3PL Management and O2C Fulfillment experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Logistics, O2C and Operations Management: manage POs, inbound/outbound, billing and schedules.
• 3PL & Warehousing Management: drive KPI, cost savings, inventory governance and SOP adherence.
• Supply & Shipment Accountability: track shipments, update ASN, backorder communications.
• Sales Forecasting & Reporting: compile monthly/quarterly forecasts and distributor inventory reports.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: summarize shipment costs and lead warehousing cost savings.
• System & Data Management: SAP year-end procedures, master data maintenance.
• Compliance & Audit: ensure regulatory compliance and GDPMDS/audit readiness.
• Process Improvement: participate in SCIP and SOP updates.
• Inventory Management & Consignment: manage PAR level, FIFO/FEFO and reconciliation.
• Reporting & Analysis: provide KPI reporting and actionable insights.
