Job summary

Terumo Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to oversee order fulfillment and operational processes within SCM, aligning with business goals and ethical guidelines. The role partners with business units to drive efficiencies and support growth, focusing on accurate PO management, timely shipping, and cost-conscious logistics.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in demand planning, O2C, import logistics, and SAP S4 MM/SD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, supply chain, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
• CSCP certification or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, order-to-cash, and operations management.
• Manage supplier POs, shipments, and customs documentation.
• Monitor shipments, ASN updates, and backorder status with 3PLs.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure SAP data accuracy for master data and year-end activities.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance for product distribution.
