Job summary

Private Advertiser in Penang Perai seeks a capable Purchasing professional to manage end-to-end procurement, prepare and update reports, and ensure on-time deliveries.

You will coordinate with suppliers, handle customs documentation, and work closely with the sales team to align deliveries with demand while maintaining high service quality under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Chinese & English required.
• At least 2 years of experience in the related field.
• Negotiation, communication, cost analysis, pricing skills.
• Willingness to work in Penang Perai area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update the Purchasing report from time to time.
• Manage and execute the full cycle of purchase orders—from requisition to supplier selection, issuance, and delivery tracking.
• Prepare and send out the Purchasing Outstanding Report per schedule.
• Prepare the Monthly Stock Replenishment Report.
• Prepare, verify and process documentation such as customs declarations, invoices, packing list, HS Codes, bills of lading and origin certificates.
• Plan and support the execution of company deliveries.
• Serve as the primary contact for all deliveries related matters.
• Coordinate with suppliers for cargo readiness and schedule shipments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to plan deliveries effectively.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Provide proactive, high-quality customer service and cope with fast-paced environments.
• Liaise with all parties for proper documentation and shipment arrangements and report irregularities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors or Management.

Overall responsibility for planning and supporting the execution of company’s deliveries

Act as primary point for all deliveries related matter

Liaise with supplier for cargo readiness, arrange shipment/delivery schedule;

Liaise well with sales team to effectively plan out the deliveries

To ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customer

Proactive in providing quality customer service and able to handle pressure in a fast pace environment.

Liaise with all relevant parties for proper documentation and arrangement of shipments and to report any irregularities

To perform any other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Required language(s): Chinese (To support Daily Operation with China Branch) & English.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Negotiation, communication, cost analysis, pricing.

Able to take pressure and meet deadline.

Willing to work at Penang Perai area.
