Job summary

UA Materials Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia-based aluminium plates and sheets supplier, invites a Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee end-to-end logistics from PO creation to delivery. You will coordinate with suppliers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure accurate documentation and timely shipments.

The role requires a minimum of SPM / Diploma / Bachelor\'s, fluency in Chinese and English, and at least 2 years of related experience. Penang Perai area applicants are preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work in Penang Perai area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update the Supply Chain report from time to time.
• Manage and execute the full cycle of purchase orders—from requisition to supplier selection, issuance, and delivery tracking.
• Prepare and send out the Purchasing Outstanding Report per schedule.
• Prepare the Monthly Stock Replenishment Report.
• Prepare, verify and process documentation such as customs declarations, invoices, packing lists, HS Codes, bills of lading and certificate of origin.
• Overall responsibility for planning and supporting the execution of deliveries.
• Act as primary point for all deliveries related matters.
• Liaise with supplier for cargo readiness and arrange shipment/delivery schedule.
• Liaise with sales team to plan deliveries accurately.
• Liaise with all relevant parties for proper documentation and shipment arrangements and report irregularities.

Job description

This role involves managing the full supply chain cycle, from purchase order management to delivery execution. You will be responsible for preparing and updating supply chain reports, managing purchase orders from requisition through supplier selection and delivery tracking, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for all delivery-related matters and coordinate with suppliers, sales teams, and relevant parties to ensure proper documentation and arrangement of shipments.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and update the Supply Chain report from time to time

About you

Possess at least SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field

Fluent in Chinese (to support daily operation with China Branch or visit to China) and English

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field

Able to take pressure and meet deadline

Willing to work at Penang Perai area
