Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, logistics or related field.
• Internship or admin/logistics exposure is a bonus.
• Good coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and handle repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update Purchase Orders and Sales Orders.
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams on orders and schedules.
• Track shipments and assist with customs paperwork.
• Update stock movement and coordinate with warehouse.
• Maintain organized records and assist in simple reports.
