Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support overall supply chain activities including purchasing, planning, warehouse, inventory control, and shipment coordination.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure material availability and smooth production flow.
• Monitor supplier material shortages and delivery status to avoid shipment delays.
• Review purchase orders, supplier commitments, delivery schedules and overdue materials.
• Coordinate with warehouse team for receiving, storage, issuing, stock accuracy and cycle counts.
• Assist in shipment planning to meet customer delivery requirements and revenue targets.
• Prepare supply chain reports such as shortage lists, inventory reports, and supplier delivery performance.
