Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst in Selangor, Malaysia, to join our Customer Service & Logistics team. The role supports end-to-end operations, focusing on service excellence, logistics efficiency, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Internship or practical experience in supply chain, logistics, or FMCG is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the order-to-delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations.
• Analyze supply chain KPIs (OTIF, fill rates, lead times, freight costs) and generate reports to identify trends and gaps.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service levels.
• Work cross-functionally with Planning, Procurement, Sales, and Finance to ensure alignment and seamless execution of supply chain activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and support initiatives to optimize stock availability while minimizing waste and obsolescence.
• Investigate and resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery issues, and customer complaints.
