Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a transportation operations leader to support end-to-end supply chain performance in Malaysia. You will implement the transportation strategy, drive cost efficiency, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance while collaborating with internal teams and external logistics partners.

You will lead a high-performance team, manage multiple third-party logistics vendors, and oversee continuous improvement initiatives including digitalization and innovative transport

Qualifications

Experience setting and executing supply chain/ logistics strategies in a matrix organisation.
Extensive expertise in transportation operations, 3PL management, and transportation control functions.
Experience managing multiple third-party transportation suppliers with significant budgets.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the transportation strategy to optimize service and cost across modes.
Lead and develop the transportation team and collaborate with internal and external partners.
Oversee vendor performance reviews, contract negotiations, and risk management.
Ensure on-time delivery of products to customers with accuracy and damage-free handling.
