Job summary

Mondelēz International in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst to support end-to-end supply chain operations.

You will focus on driving service excellence, logistics efficiency, and data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Order Management & Customer Service: Support the order-to-delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
• Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, fill rates, lead times, freight costs) and generate regular reports to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service levels.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross‑functionally with Planning, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of supply chain activities.
• Inventory Management Support: Monitor inventory levels and support initiatives to optimize stock availability while minimizing waste and obsolescence.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery issues, and customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all logistics and supply chain activities comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.

More About This Role

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization); knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
