Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Science, Supply Chain, Economics or Mathematics with at least 5 years in supply chain planning.
• Experience in semiconductor planning preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; good communication.
• Proficient in MS Excel; Oracle and SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supply demand planning of semiconductor IC products to meet customer delivery and revenue.
• Rationalize demand forecasts and collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve forecasting accuracy for production planning.
• Manage outsource manufacturing partners to ensure day-to-day prioritization and execution of production orders.
• Generate and monitor material requirements, capacity requirements, and build plan schedules and develop a planning strategy for ensuring timely product delivery.
• Resolve supply constraints with outsource manufacturing partners (Foundries/CMs) and material suppliers to avoid any delivery issues.
• Manage piece part, finished goods inventory, excess and obsolescence and other critical operational metrics to drive a low-cost and efficient supply chain while maximizing revenue.
• Manage customer expedites and push out.
• Support the planning and introduction of new products.
