Job summary

Broadcom Inc. in Penang seeks an experienced Supply Demand Planner to manage the end-to-end planning process for semiconductor IC products.

You will collaborate with Sales & Marketing to refine forecasts, coordinate with outsourced manufacturers, and ensure timely delivery through robust material and capacity planning. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with Oracle/SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Science, Supply Chain, Economics or Mathematics with at least 5 years in supply chain planning or related fields.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office, e.g. Excel.
• Oracle & SAP knowledge preferred.
• Fresh grads with excellent results and good mathematical and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Supply Demand Planning of Semiconductor IC products to meet customer delivery and product revenue.
• Rationalize demand forecasts and collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve forecasting accuracy for production planning purposes.
• Manage outsource manufacturing partners to ensure day-to-day prioritization and execution of production orders.
• Generate and monitor material requirements, capacity requirements, and build plan schedules and develop a planning strategy for ensuring timely product delivery.
• Resolve supply constraints with outsource manufacturing partners (Foundries/CMs) and material suppliers to avoid any delivery issues.
• Manage piece part, finished goods Inventory, Excess and Obsolescence and other critical operational metrics to drive a low-cost and efficient supply chain while maximizing revenue.
• Manage customer expedites and push out
• Support the planning and introduction of new products.
