Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering)
• 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years with a Master's degree, or 0 years with a PhD
• Proficiency in business data analytics and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with data management and analysis in SQL, Python, or R
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and optimization techniques
• Proven ability to develop and interpret complex data models; familiarity with BI solutions for decision-making
