Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in material planning / supply chain / semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with complex datasets and BOM structures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage supply of direct materials, substrate, and components to meet production and customer demand.
• Translate forecast, build plans, and demand signals into material requirements and execution strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and buffer strategies.
• Lead material planning activities for NPIs, ensuring readiness for qualification, pilot, and ramp phases.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project management to ensure material readiness and BOM setup.
• Drive transition from NPI to mass production with supply continuity.
• Coordinate with OSAT partners to manage consigned materials and align with build schedules.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and provide early warning signals.
