Keysight is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the development and execution of global supplier compliance programs, ensuring adherence to RoHS, REACH and related regulations across the supply chain. You will act as the subject matter expert for supplier compliance, coordinating risk assessments, due diligence, and governance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supplier compliance, regulatory affairs, product compliance, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of RoHS, REACH, ESG, Conflict Minerals, PFAS, EUDR, or similar regulations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive compliance initiatives with suppliers.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of supplier compliance programmes to ensure adherence to global regulatory, customer, and corporate requirements across the supply chain. Serve as the subject matter expert for supply chain compliance, driving supplier engagement, compliance assessments, risk management, and regulatory due diligence activities. Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks, strengthen governance processes, and support the implementation of current and emerging regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in enhancing supply chain compliance readiness, improving operational efficiency, and enabling sustainable business growth.
