Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a procurement professional to manage end‑to‑end activities from demand review through PO processing and supplier coordination. You will help drive revenue, reduce inventory, and implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring on-time delivery and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and negotiation skills and excellent time

Responsibilities

• End-to-end procurement activities.
• Manage supplier relationships including MOQ management, demand/supply reviews, PO processing, rescheduling/pull list management, shortage closure, on-time delivery, shipment arrangement, defective parts management.
• Support revenue maximization, inventory reduction, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support process improvements to improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end procurement activities.


• Establishes and manages supplier relationships including MOQ management, support end to end process from reviewing demand and supply, PO management/ processing, rescheduling/ pull list management, shortage closure, On time delivery (OTD), shipment arrangement, defective parts Management to avoid impact to customer’s/ Keysight operation.


• Support Revenue maximization, Inventory Reduction, Cost Saving initiatives.


• Support process improvement efforts to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.


• Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.


• Good in time management to manage multiple escalations, projects in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.


• Strong in analytical and negotiation skills.
